Peter N. Zingas is a 1987 graduate of the University of Detroit School of Law. After graduation he worked for Price Waterhouse where he specialized in individual and corporate taxation. Mr. Zingas is also admitted in the U.S. Tax Court. Prior to joining Simon, Stella & Zingas, P.C, Mr. Zingas worked for one of the largest law firms in the Detroit area where his practice consisted of commercial litigation, organization and structuring of corporate entities, taxation, probate, and estate planning.

Mr. Zingas is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, and Detroit Bar Association. He also serves as a volunteer for the Volunteer Income Tax Association of Michigan (VITA) and is past President of the Accounting Alumni Association of the University of Michigan.
