Steve Alexsy provides quality legal counsel to individuals and businesses in real estate transactions, banking and financing, creditor rights, loan workouts, loan purchase, and sales and commercial litigation.  Steve is of counsel with Simon, Stella & Zingas, P.C., where, among other accomplishments, he has successfully represented the liquidating trustee in recovering fraudulent transfers and preferences.  Steve is also general counsel for W Investment Co, and related real estate development companies in Southfield, Michigan.  Steve has represented financial institutions as in house counsel and outside counsel in Michigan and Ohio including as First Vice President (Bankruptcy/Workout Counsel) for Bank One, NA (nka JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA) in various types of financing transactions.  Steve represents individuals and businesses as their counsel and advocate in resolving disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration hearings throughout the United States.  He graduated cum laude from the University of Detroit Law School. Steve cares about the community where he lives. Currently, he volunteers at Detroit Rescue Mission in Detroit assisting the dedicated professionals who are helping the men at the Mission.
